Convenio Arbitral Tipo de la Corte Española de Arbitraje

Toda controversia que haya surgido o pueda surgir respecto del presente contrato o de un acuerdo, se resolverá definitivamente, mediante arbitraje administrado por la Corte Española de Arbitraje, de acuerdo con su Reglamento y Estatuto, a la que se encomienda la administración del arbitraje y, el nombramiento del árbitro o de los árbitros.

Spanish Arbitration Court standard clause

Any dispute or conflict which may arise from this present contract shall be resolved through the arbitration of one or more arbitrators, within the framework of the Spanish Arbitration Court in conformity with its Regulations and Statutes, governing the administration and conduct or the arbitration and the nomination of the arbitrator or the arbitrator tribunal.
